These four downloads are required to use MS Agent support for Text-to-Speech

• Download Lernout & Hauspie TruVoice TTS Engine (1 MB)
• Download the Microsoft Agent core components (395 KB exe)
• Download the Microsoft SAPI 4.0a runtime binaries (824 KB exe)
• follow this link and download the Merlin character (2MB): Microsoft Agent character files

Not Required:

• Download the Speech Control Panel (927 KB exe)  This puts a control panel for Speech in your Windows control panel (not related to the one EQWatcher itself has)
